How to Access VIHIS Services

You can access our services via

• Self-referral (call to make an appointment)

• Physician or hospital referral

• Other third-party referral

For persons with acquired brain injury, an appointment will be arranged with our Manager of Programs & Services. For family-only referrals, an appointment is made with the Family Services Coordinator.

After the initial intake interview takes place, the Manager or Family Services Coordinator may refer you to our additional support programs.
